Education work

Where the schedule is the school year.

School construction lives or dies on a single deadline: the first day of school. Whatever isn’t finished by then becomes a problem for staff, students, and the district’s facilities team — none of whom signed up for it. We run education work as a summer-paced operation: scoped before spring break, sequenced inside the summer window, walked through before staff in-service.

Our education portfolio includes classroom modernizations, common-area TIs, finishes hardened to district standards, and the documentation public school procurement officers expect: SAM.gov registration, City & County of Denver and RTD certifications, OSHA-trained leadership, and a closeout binder built for school-board review. Recent district work includes Denver Public Schools’ Horace Mann campus and Jefferson County’s Addenbrooke Classical Academy.
